9 Exercises to Lose Your Muffin Top



To shrivel those unsightly muffin tops, you need to get down to work, eat right and hit the gym hard. No other way. The moves that are enumerated here are meant to heighten your heart rate so that those idle calories may be burnt up. You should remember to take a rest of between 30 seconds to one minute before moving on to another set of work out.

WARM UP
A warm up is an integral pre-work out ritual that should not be underestimated. The essence of a warm up is to prepare you for the intense workouts ahead and prevent injury. A warm up increases blood flow to the muscles and hence preparing you for the heavy workload ahead etc. So, you should take a 10-15 minute warm-up by doing either of the following: High Knee walk; High Knee skip; high knee run; straight leg walk/skip; Hit the treadmill; jog in the neighborhood; etc
